I was so captured by “A Prayer for the Dying” that after reading it once in my public library I knew I had to have my own personal copy. I reread the novel at least once a year.
I was struck with the idea that Mr. O’Nan’s book would make a very haunting movie. Does anyone know if the rights to the book were sold and if it ever came close to being translated to film?
